1.1. No Refunds: All ticket purchases for PMUX 2026 are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, changes in travel plans, health-related issues, or dissatisfaction with the event.
1.2. Acknowledgment: By purchasing a ticket, you accept and agree to our no-refund policy. You recognize that this policy applies regardless of ticket usage, and irrespective of any changes in personal circumstances or unforeseen events.
1.3. Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute about our refund policy, we will refer to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase. By agreeing to these terms you consent to the no-refund policy and waive the right to dispute the charge with your credit card company or bank.
1.4. Event-Specific Circumstances: If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or its content changes, we’ll notify you by email, and your tickets will remain valid for the revised event. In such cases, our no-refund policy remains in effect.
1.5. Event Cancellation: In the rare event of a complete cancellation of PMUX 2026, we may offer refunds or other compensatory arrangements at our discretion, which will be communicated to all ticket holders.
1.6. Third-Party Sellers: Tickets bought via unauthorized third-party ticket sellers are not eligible for refunds or customer support from PMUX 2026. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of resellers or secondary ticket providers.
1.7. Inquiries: Any inquiries or disputes regarding our refund policy should be directed to our customer service team at [email protected], where we will endeavor to resolve your concerns in accordance with these terms.
2.1. While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we offer the flexibility to transfer your ticket to another individual if you’re unable to attend.
2.2. How to transfer: Email us at [email protected] at least 30 days before the event with:
• Your full name and email address
• Transaction ID
• The new attendee’s full name, email address, and phone number
2.3. Ticket transfers are subject to verification and approval by PMUX. Transfer requests submitted less than 30 days before the event may not be processed.
3.1. Venue: PMUX 2026 will take place at Triumph Luxury Hotel, Cairo, Egypt. The event is held entirely within the hotel’s designated conference and event spaces.
3.2. Accommodation: Your PMUX ticket includes accommodation at Triumph Luxury Hotel for the duration of the event. Any questions, special requests, or changes regarding your accommodation should be directed to the PMUX team at [email protected]. We will assist you with all accommodation-related matters.
3.3. Meal Inclusions by Ticket Type:
· Essential & Ultimate Tickets: Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks during conference days are included.
· Partner Ticket: Breakfast is included. Lunches and coffee breaks are not included for Partner Ticket holders.
3.4. Transfers: Round-trip airport transfers between Cairo International Airport (CAI) and Triumph Luxury Hotel (both arrival and departure) are included for all ticket holders. Details regarding transfer arrangements will be provided closer to the event date.
3.5. Hotel Services: All hotel-related services beyond the inclusions listed above (such as additional meals, minibar, room service, spa services, etc.) are the responsibility of the attendee and are governed by Triumph Luxury Hotel’s own terms and policies.
For this clause, consider “Force Majeure” circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control and which are reasonably likely to prevent the event from proceeding as planned.
4.1. PMUX shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, terrorism, governmental regulations, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, power outages, or public health emergencies.
4.2. Venue Authority: In cases of safety concerns, local regulations, or operational requirements, Triumph Luxury Hotel and local authorities have ultimate authority over venue operations, access, and safety protocols. Any resulting changes do not constitute grounds for PMUX ticket refunds.
4.3. Event Continuation: The event will proceed according to the published schedule. If circumstances beyond our control affect the event but do not result in complete cancellation, our no-refund policy remains in effect.
4.4. Attendee Options: If you cannot attend due to force majeure circumstances, your options are:
· Transfer your ticket to another individual
· Transfer your ticket to PMUX 2027
4.5. Complete Cancellation: If the event is completely canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate options for ticket holders, which may include rescheduling, transferring to the following year’s event, or other alternatives at our discretion.
5.1. When registering for PMUX 2026, you must provide us with accurate and complete contact details, and you acknowledge that these details will be considered your preferred information (Name, email, and phone number).
5.1.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided at registration is accurate and up to date. All important event communications will be sent to the registered email. Please inform us of any changes by emailing us at [email protected].
5.2. Attendees will receive a badge upon check-in at the event. Attendees must keep their badge visible at all times during PMUX programming and must show it to event staff when requested. We reserve the right to refuse entry to event sessions or ask attendees who fail to show a badge when requested to leave event areas.
5.3. By attending PMUX, you acknowledge that photographs and filming may take place during the event. PMUX reserves the right to use images and videos recorded during the event with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including social media channels, websites, and print materials, without obtaining any further approval from you or making any payment to you.
5.4. Health and Safety Compliance: Attendees must comply with all health and safety requirements established by the venue, local authorities, and Egyptian regulations. This may include security screenings, identification requirements, or other protocols that may be implemented.
6.1. By purchasing a ticket to PMUX 2026, you are securing your participation in our event. Your ticket includes access to the event based on the ticket tier you select at the time of purchase.
6.2. Event Format: PMUX 2026 is a multi-format conference designed to deliver an immersive and interactive experience. The program includes:
· Main stage talks and keynote sessions
· Panel discussions and talk shows
· Mastermind sessions and interactive workshops
· Networking opportunities
Specific session formats, speakers, and schedules will be announced closer to the event date.
6.3. Event Schedule: The official schedule will be released approximately 3 weeks before the event. Attendees will receive the schedule via email, and it will also be available on the PMUX website and social media platforms.

7.1. PMUX 2026 may offer financing options through third-party services. These services enable attendees to finance their ticket purchases under the terms and agreements provided by each financing service.
7.2. When opting for any financing option, attendees are entering into a separate agreement with the financial institution, and not with PMUX 2026. Attendees are responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions of the financing provider, including any repayment obligations.
7.3. PMUX 2026 is not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise from the use of third-party services. Any questions or concerns related to financing must be directed to the respective service provider.
7.4. Regardless of the financing option used, all ticket sales are final. PMUX 2026 does not offer refunds, cancellations, or credits for tickets purchased, even if through a financing option. Attendees remain responsible for the full payment to the financing provider according to the terms of their agreement, even if they are unable to attend the event or choose to cancel their ticket.
7.5. We encourage attendees to review the terms and conditions of their chosen financing option carefully before committing to a purchase.
8.1. Attendees must adhere to the venue’s conduct policies, local regulations, and PMUX’s respectful code of conduct. Failure to do so may result in removal from event sessions or, in severe cases, removal from the venue without compensation.
8.2. PMUX reserves the right to remove individuals causing disruption, violating safety protocols, or engaging in inappropriate behavior without compensation.
8.3. Local Law Compliance: All attendees are subject to local laws and regulations of Egypt and the authority of venue security and local authorities. PMUX supports and defers to all safety decisions made by venue management and local authorities.
8.4. Liability for Damage: Attendees are solely responsible for any material damage they may cause to the conference facilities, hotel property, or any other assets belonging to the venue or third parties. PMUX assumes no responsibility for such damage, and any associated costs or claims will be the sole responsibility of the attendee.
9.1. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in line with our privacy policy.
9.2. To facilitate your participation in PMUX 2026, we may share your personal data with third-party service providers involved in delivering the event, including but not limited to the venue, transportation providers, and technical support teams. These parties are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
9.3. Local Requirements: Personal data may be shared with local authorities and government agencies as required by Egyptian law and security regulations.
10.1. PMUX reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or content due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to speaker availability, venue requirements, or operational needs.
10.2. PMUX reserves the right to reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure, venue availability, or operational needs.
10.2.1. In the event of rescheduling, all purchased tickets will automatically transfer to the new dates.
10.2.2. No refunds will be issued if the event is rescheduled. Ticket holders unable to attend the new dates may transfer their ticket to another person or contact our support team ([email protected]) for alternative options.
10.3. In the unlikely event of full cancellation, attendees will be informed via email, and information regarding any applicable refunds or credits will be provided. Note that this is an exception to our no-refund policy.
11.1. Attendees participate at their own risk. PMUX and its partners are not liable for any personal injury, damage, loss, or incident during the event.
11.2. Venue Liability: PMUX is not responsible for any issues, injuries, damages, or losses related to the venue’s services, facilities, or operations. All venue-related liability matters are governed by Triumph Luxury Hotel’s terms and conditions.
11.3. Personal Belongings: PMUX is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings at the event.
12.1. Documentation Requirements: Attendees traveling from outside Egypt are solely responsible for ensuring they have all required travel documentation, including valid passports, visas, and any other documents required for entry into Egypt.
12.2. Travel Insurance: PMUX strongly recommends that all attendees purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel-related issues.
12.3. Included Transfers: Round-trip airport transfers between Cairo International Airport (CAI) and Triumph Luxury Hotel are included for all ticket holders. Specific pickup times and instructions will be communicated prior to the event.
12.4. Other Expenses: All other travel, accommodation upgrades, additional meals, and incidental expenses are the responsibility of the attendee and are not included in the PMUX ticket price unless otherwise specified.
13.1. Official Communications: All official event communications will be sent via email to the address provided during registration. Additionally, PMUX will provide a dedicated event app, which will serve as a key communication channel for updates, schedule changes, and event information. Attendees are responsible for monitoring their email and the app, and for updating their contact information as needed.
13.2. Emergency Communications: In case of emergency or urgent updates, PMUX may use multiple communication channels, including email, social media, direct contact via phone or SMS, and the PMUX app.
14.1. By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. PMUX may update these terms, and we will notify ticket holders of significant changes.
14.2. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PMUX regarding your participation in PMUX 2026.
